All account reservation agents are specially trained regarding your property to ensure that the account reservationist answering the telephone is a travel professional who is knowledgeable about your operation. Periodic training familiarization trips for your reservations team insures that we have the proper knowledge and updates that allows us to sell your facility the same as you would. Each account is assigned to a lead agent who will act as your Account Manager. This individual will be directly responsible for overseeing your account's day to day activities.
