OUR ON-LINE BOOKING ENGINE

The advances in travel reservations technology have allowed people to not only receive
destination information on-line but to be able to book their reservations in real time from a
live inventory database. Reservation Services International has implemented an on-line booking engine that interfaces with both our client's web site and Reservations Services International's own reservation system.

For resort and adventure/dive operators their existing web pages will continue to be hosted
and maintained by their existing web master. The main web site still is the core for promoting the product. All information about the destination, resort and operation stays on the main site.

We will only need your web master to design in one or more places on your web site a button that links to the booking engine.

A secondary booking engine web site is designed that outlines the product that you offer and
the products you want available for on-line booking. Next to each product we have a book it
now button that "links" to that product in our reservation system that includes both pricing
and inventory.

• The inventory calendar shows if the item requested is available.
• The customer can save a reservation with or without payment.
• The system provides instant confirmation for your customers.
• The customer can make deposits or final payments on reservations.
• The customer can view their reservations on-line once confirmed.
• There is an instant e-mail confirmation back to the customer once the transaction is   complete.
• Travel agencies, dive shops and wholesalers can book on-line as well.
• Agencies can view all their reservations and the status of each.
• The system can track and report reservations made via the web versus those made by
