OUR FULFILLMENT SERVICES

A quick response is provided to all inquiries and requests for information. All fulfillment
work is performed in the U.S. without the difficulties of international mail and phone systems.
The faster a request for information is filled, the better is your chance for making that booking.

When clients request property information either by phone, by letter or by e-mail, the
information is entered into our computer system. We then mail to the client your brochure and information. Fulfillment services include but are not limited to the following:

• Storage of client's brochures and materials
• Returns deleted
• Mailing list maintenance
• Fulfillment of normal advertising and phone requests
• Daily/weekly fulfillment

We also provide travel documents for your customers (confirmation letters, prepaid vouchers,
and booking policy information).

If you want to do direct response mailing, special mailing, tradeshow shipments, etc., we can provide this service for you at an additional charge.
