All of Reservation Services International's clients own their own "800" numbers and therefore,
retain the control and portability of their reservation lines.

Reservation Services International maintains a customer contact relationship with a
representative of the long distance carrier to help assure the continued high level of reliability
that is important on everyone's "800" number.

Reservation Services International has negotiated monthly marketing reports for each of its
"800"number customers. These reports include analysis of calls by originating state; by length of call; by average length of call; and by total calls per month.

One way to help track the number of inquiries from a publication or specific ad is to secure
and maintain several different toll-free numbers. We can help you do this and report the number of calls per month per toll-free number so that you can track the effectiveness of your advertising.

We can assist you in securing a new toll-free number or numbers for your business if you do
not already have one. If you have an existing toll-free number, we can assist you in redirecting that number to our office.

Our current phone system is configured as follows: We have 3 T-1's for inbound and outbound call handling, an auto attendant to automatically answer the calls if an agent is not available, voice mail and an ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) system with reporting.
