HARDWARE SYSTEMS

• Novell Server - houses our reservation program, MS Office applications, accounting
  program, Trams, and back-up software.
• Lotus Notes Domino Server - database and e-mail management.
• Web Server - online booking engine that directly interfaces with our reservation
  program.
• Citrix Server - allows our clients remote access to their own reservation database
  with restricted access to only approved applications.
• Norton Anti-Virus Server - daily updates the latest Norton Anti-Virus definitions
  and automatically scans all computers for viruses daily.
• IC Verify Server - dedicated computer for online processing of credit cards for
  reservations.
• Sabre - airline reservation program.
• Fire Wall - security
• Internet Access - we have a full T-1 for data needs to handle e-mail and the web server
  with a Cisco 2600 router.
• Back-ups - ARC Serve back-up software automatically backs up the system nightly
  at midnight. Previous days back-up tapes go off premise every night.
